Historian Arch Hunter & Author Lydia Nuttall talk about Forgotten American Stories & The WTK Liberty Player Kids

Questions:

1. How did our early American ancestors use the American gift of Liberty to own land, get an education, live in peace, and rise out of poverty, etc.?

2. What obstacles do you think Madame C.J. Walker (1867-1919) worked hard to overcome to be America’s first female self-made millionaire?

3. What obstacles do you think Pfc. Herbert K. Pililaau (1928-1951) worked hard to overcome to be America’s first Hawaiian to receive the Medal of Honor?

4. What is your American Dream? Write it down. What obstacles do you think you will have to work hard to overcome to achieve it? Write them down, too. Then make a plan as to what you can do each day to overcome them one by one!
